SONGKOK MALAYA – PURCHASE POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND RETURN POLICY
1. General Terms of Purchase
By making a purchase from Songkok Malaya (Company Registration No: 1449555-D ), the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and policies outlined below.
2. Purchasing Channels
Customers may place orders through:

- Authorized Songkok Malaya agents
- Official platforms (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop)
Payment methods accepted:
- Online banking (FPX)
- DuitNow
- Selected e-wallets
- Cash (for in-person purchases only)
3. Pricing Policy
Prices are as displayed and are subject to change without prior notice. Special pricing such as promotional discounts, collaboration prices (e.g. Wanita Berdaya Selangor), or government staff promotions are valid only within the campaign period announced.
4. Order Policy
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Songkok Malaya will not process any orders without confirmed payment.
- For bulk orders, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Return Policy
We accept product returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective due to manufacturing
- The received item does not match the order (wrong size/model/color)
- Return request is made within 3 working days of receiving the item
- Item must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged)
Return procedure:
- Send a message to Songkok Malaya with proof of purchase, item photo, and reason for return.
- Await approval from our team.
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the error is on our part.
2. Size Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are allowed within 5 working days of receiving the product.
- Items must be in unused, original condition.
- Exchange is subject to available stock.
- Shipping cost for size exchange is to be borne by the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Sale, promotional, or clearance items
- Items that have been worn or used
- Damages due to customer’s mishandling after receipt
- Custom orders (e.g. name embroidery or custom sizing)
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
- Customers are advised to double-check their sizing before placing an order.
- Product photos may differ slightly in color due to studio lighting and photography.
